Under the direction of Executive Chef Kyle Pafford, our 25 trained chefs and staff of 100 food & beverage professionals create high-quality cuisine for more than 650 Atlantic Shores residents and their guests.
Daily menus feature fresh, locally sourced ingredients, creatively combined to offer unique entrees. And our pastry chefs create the perfect finale with exceptional desserts.
Our cuisine is consistently rated among the top in the area, even earning acclaim over against established local restaurants; including “People’s Choice” and “Chef’s Choice” awards at the March of Dimes Signature Chef’s Event, and “Most Creative Recipe” award at the prestigious Taste of Hampton Roads competition.
Meals and special culinary events are presented in our three beautiful dining venues, with sunny windows overlooking our landscaped grounds.
Each month, our residents get a unique personal dining experience with Chef Kyle at our Chef’s Table Dinner — a close-up experience where specialty dishes are prepared right in front of guests, with each course paired with accompanying wines.
And for birthdays, weddings, anniversaries and special celebrations, our Food & Beverage team provides exceptional private catering in our residents’ homes.
