Rehabilitation at Seaside: Accolades for Your Superb Staff
Posted September 8, 2011
My sole purpose of this communication is to sincerely "thank you and your caring staff" for taking such exceptional care of me during my stay at Seaside. The yellow team took care of all my recovery needs. What a team!! Behind every good team of employees is good leadership. Knowing this, I sincerely applaud: Vic Pope - a super communicator with his finger on the pulse of Seaside's daily actions; Dr. Padmore - A great, passionate doctor. Carla Haines, Debby Sanchez, and the 3rd shift Nurse (failed to get her name). These three were caring, had super bedside manners, and were so very skilled at their profession. I truly like your CNA setup at Seaside. These are the "boots on the ground" folks that pull it all together - they are the very positive force that constantly interacts with the patient. Of course, I know I had the best of the best. My "fab" CNAs were Tiffney, Mrs. "P," Doris, Lillian, and Sarah. Thank you for all that you did and all that you do for all the Seaside patients. Last but not least are the housekeeping crew that keep everything so tidy and clean. I had great conversations with Tess as well as the others but did not get their names. All these ladies were friendly and made me feel special. Thank you to the entire "Yellow Team", I truly apologize if I did not list your name. Because of all of you, I am well on my road to recovery. Bless you all!
